
Bradley Groover has been working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities since 2000. He holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from Penn State. He is a Board certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Specialist. Bradley has consulted for dozens of families, school districts, vocational programs, group homes, and residential treatment facilities throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. He has presented locally and nationally on the treatment of severe/challenging behaviors, taught ABA at Penn State's graduate program, and conducted numerous trainings for families and professionals."

With nearly seven years of experience in the field of ABA, Sarah’s journey began with a passion for psychology and an early love for teaching that started in a preschool classroom. She found that ABA was the perfect intersection of clinical science and making a heart-led, positive impact on children’s lives.
Sarah describes her clinical approach as compassionate and "ever-evolving." She is a lifelong learner who is dedicated to discovering new ways to advocate for her learners and refine her teaching methods. For Sarah, meaningful progress is about more than just individual milestones—it’s about the positive impact made on the entire family support system. She deeply values the dedication of her RBT team, whose hard work and talent inspire her to be a better clinician every day. At ACHIEVE, Sarah appreciates the abundant opportunities for growth and the culture of continuous learning across all roles.
Fun Fact: Sarah is kept very busy (and constantly cleaning!) by her toddler and two dogs.

Sarah began her career in a middle school Autism support classroom, where she discovered her passion for helping children grow beyond the school setting. She’s especially interested in functional communication, social skills, and parent training—skills that help families see meaningful progress in everyday life.
Her favorite part of working at ACHIEVE is the strong sense of family, support, and shared commitment across the team.
Fun Fact: Sarah is a proud boy mom who handles chaos calmly and sarcasm professionally.

Chelsey began her journey in Louisiana as an OT tech and quickly realized she wanted to do more for the children she worked with. She’s passionate about helping kids communicate more effectively to reduce challenging behaviors.
Her favorite part of working in ABA is simple: the kids!
Fun Fact: Chelsey is a mom to two daughters.

Mya brings over three years of experience to ACHIEVE, including three years as an RBT and her transition to a BCBA role. Originally considering a career in the medical field, a capstone project in an ABA clinic shifted her perspective, revealing a path where she could make a more direct and meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Mya’s approach is collaborative and practical, with a heavy focus on developing real-life skills that translate into everyday confidence. She believes progress is most meaningful when skills are used naturally at home, in school, and throughout the community. Mya places a high value on open communication and teamwork, believing that a supportive environment for staff is what allows for the best possible care for clients. Her favorite part of working at ACHIEVE is the strong sense of community and the collective focus on helping everyone grow together.
Fun Fact: Mya has a dog named Darby and loves exploring and discovering new hobbies.

Abby was drawn to ABA through her love of both children and psychology, finding the perfect blend in a role that allows her to make an impact. Her areas of interest include Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and behavior reduction.
She loves that ACHIEVE feels like a family—a place where everyone works toward the same goal of helping clients thrive.

Dezire joined ACHIEVE this past April. Although she was born in Florida, she now calls Pennsylvania home. With two years of experience in the ABA field, she enjoys working with children and helping them achieve their goals.

Amanda became part of ACHIEVE this past April. Originally from Dover, PA, she has a Master’s degree in Psychology/ABA and is working towards her goal of becoming a BCBA. With six years of experience with children, she loves seeing them learn and develop.

Amanda entered the ABA field to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. She is particularly interested in behavior reduction and enjoys learning new ways to support positive change.
For Amanda, the best part of ACHIEVE is the people—every team member is caring, dedicated, and full of heart.
